Rugao City Qiangsheng Plastic Chemical Machinery Factory(Rugao CityRugao Plastic Machinery Factory) is the designated enterprise by the original Light Industry Department, China Kneading Machine Manufacturing earliest manufacturers. The National Manufacturing Standard for Kneading Machine was formulated by our Factory. Integrating excellent technical experts from all kneading machine manufacturing companies, we have become a domestically large-sized manufacturing base for kneading machines. 
After wining the bid of ZH-1000 Vacuum Kneading Machine of Zhejiang Xin’an Chemical Industrial Group Co., Ltd. in October 2002, in July 2003, under the instruction of domestically famous silicon rubber expert: Professor JIANG Chengyong, we renovated the structure of agitating valve, the main component in kneading machine, which increased the working efficiency by 50% after being applied by Zhenjiang Hongda Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. This renovation has changed the history that the domestic silicon rubber industry requires imported kneading machine, and also replaced the application of banbury mixer, thus making great contributions for the rapid development of the silicon rubber industries of our country.
The ZH-3000 vacuum kneading machine we designed and manufactured for the Jiangsu Gaoyou Auxiliary Factory which belongs to the pigment and dyestuffs industry, is initiated in the country. The successful development of the machine marks the domestic kneading machine marching into the world market, and has changed the passive position to import expensive kneading machines from abroad, thus saving foreign currencies for the country, and making great contributions for the rapid development of the chemical industries of our country
